- Litigation Update. Recent court rulings and PERC rulings.

- New FEA Benefits. Discussion.
- Last BoT meeting. The show of engagement at the last BoT meeting seems to have effected a change in attitude among some Administrators. Discussion.
Old Business.
- Certification. We will resume collecting SOI cards.
- Union Benefits. Discussion.
Reports.
- Membership. There will be an on-campus social on Halloween: tour of USF Tampa campus. We will have another social at the Tampa Bay Sun game against Jacksonville. The socials are attracting people.
- Treasury. We are solvent. Discussion of chapter rebate policy.
- Contract Enforcement. Discussion of harassment of faculty. We have a number of outstanding grievances.
- Government Relations. The committee chair has been visiting legislators.

There are reports that faculty are leaving Texas.
