President’s Report.

  • UFF News. Robert Cassanello is the new UFF president.
  • Litigation Update. Recent court rulings and PERC rulings.


New Business

  • New FEA Benefits. Discussion.
  • Last BoT meeting. The show of engagement at the last BoT meeting seems to have effected a change in attitude among some Administrators. Discussion.


    Old Business.

    • Insurance Premium Deductions. Oracle continues to have problems forwarding insurance premium payments via paycheck deduction to PeopleFirst for payment for insurance.
    • USF Sarasota / Manatee v. New College Florida. NCF President Richard Corcoran claims that efforts to incorporate USFSM are back on track, but there is no confirmation.
    • New USF President. Former business dean and UNF President Moez Limayem has been nominated by the USF Board of Trustees to be the next president of USF. Discussion.
    • Financial Advice and Services. Presentation by Gabor Financial Solutions.
